Shipping Policy

Mostly all orders are shipped/dispatched within 2-3 business days. Depending upon your location within India, your order shall reach to you within 3 to 7 business days.

You will receive an email or SMS on the mentioned email-id or mobile number from us once your order has been dispatched with the tracking unique number or track my order section of our website. There you can check your package’s current location.

We strive to deliver products purchased from The Indian Qalla in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. As an introductory offer, all shipping is currently free on The Indian Qalla.com. Shipping method for this will be standard and products shall take 3-7 business days to get delivered. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take a longer time than what it takes usually.

If the order is cancelled before being shipped, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
Once you place the order, you will be notified with the placement of order. Day, date and time of dispatching the order and the delivery of the order. So, we suggest you check your email or your inbox from time to time.

Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 24 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:


Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.

You may be required to information’s like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario).

Please make a video of un-boxing for any further need of claims like damage items, missing items, manufacturing defect etc.

The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged) as per the Users

The refund for prepaid/Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation.

You may not be liable for a refund, if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:
• Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
• Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if any).
• If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day and within 24 hours of the product being delivered

Yes, you can modify the shipping address only before the dispatch of product from warehouse through our website order section of your account or you can write us at shop@theindianqalla.com.
