Cancellations And Refund

Tap on “Order History” section under the main menu of our Website after logging in to your account and press on "edit or cancel order" and then select the item or order you want to cancel. This process shall be completed with 24 hours of delivery.

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, the amount will be refunded back to the bank details provided. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

You can cancel an order until it has not been packed / shipped from our Warehouse on Website. This includes items purchased on sale or discount also. Amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Please go to the order history section after logging into your account and select the edit or cancel order option for any cancellations. We, under any circumstances, don’t accept any cancellation once we dispatch the order from our side from our fulfilment centre if the cancellation request is received after 24 hours of placing the order

We regret to inform you that we do not accept any returns, except in the case of damaged product we will exchange the product.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we offer a refund. To qualify for a refund, you must provide us with an un-boxing video of the package, in which our packaging slip is clearly visible. This video will help us to identify any damage that may have occurred during shipping. So, make sure you make a video irrespective of any situation.
